Our aim is to keep the price of 200 g of finished product below €10, making organic products as affordable as conventional alternatives. Here is how we work towards that goal without compromising on quality.

1. Fewer middlemen

Bulk storage at the Chabiothé workshop
Buying in bulk and through short supply chains

We buy our teas in bulk, usually once a year, and keep supply chains as short as possible. Some herbs and ingredients come directly from growers, including French herbs, liquorice, Kampot pepper and matcha.

Made in-house

From developing our recipes to filling the pouches, everything is made by our small teamin our Lyon workshop. Keeping production in-house helps us manage costs.

Selling directly

From the start, we chose to sell directly to customers online rather than through distributors. This means there is no extra middleman margin.

2. Very little advertising

We do not run advertising campaigns and spend little on marketing, which is why our packaging is deliberately simple. We prefer to invest in the plants themselves, from the growers to your kitchen cupboard. You will not find seasonal sales or promotions here, because our prices are designed to be fair all year round. Instead, word of mouth is our favourite way of sharing what we do. Your loyalty since 2013 shows that it works!

3. Larger packs

Our trademark is the 200 g pack, rather than the 100 g size often sold by other brands. This helps us offer better value. Tea and spices can keep their flavour for at least two years when stored properly, giving you plenty of time to enjoy them. For frequent customers and professionals, we also offer even larger packs at even better prices!
