Which unflavoured black teas should you try?
Grown in the foothills of the Himalayas, Darjeeling is often called the “champagne of teas” for its floral, fruity character, sometimes compared with Muscat grapes. Assam has a rich, malty, gently spicy taste and is the base of our flavoured black tea blends. Lapsang Souchong is an unmistakably smoky tea with woody, peaty notes that may bring smoky whisky to mind.
Which flavoured black teas should you choose?
It all comes down to personal taste. If you like fruity teas, try our Tropical Fruit blend with mango and pineapple, or Lemon & Date. For something indulgent and spicy, choose our Chai or Christmas Tea. And of course, there is always the timeless Earl Grey, fragrant with bergamot and finished with cornflower petals.
