Our organic Love Provence herbal infusion
Imagine the fragrance of a Provençal hillside, with rosemary, thyme and lavender carried on a warm breeze. Our Amour Provence recipe took more than two years of testing to achieve the right balance. Aromatic rosemary and thyme are softened by lemon verbena and lemongrass, while lavender and lemon and lime essential oils add delicate floral and citrus notes.
We are proud that 70% of the plants in this blend come from France; the thyme, rosemary, lavender and verbena are sourced from an organic French producer.
Hot or iced
Enjoy hot for an aromatic, warming cup, especially after a meal or on a cool evening. For an iced version, leave the blend to steep in cold water in the fridge for at least two hours. A spoonful of honey makes a lovely addition, particularly alongside Provençal biscuits such as orange-blossom navettes or almond croquants.
A taste of the Mediterranean
Rosemary and thyme are staples of southern French cooking, and lavender gives this infusion its distinctive floral finish. Together with bright citrus notes, they create a drink that evokes Provence in every season. The plants are traditionally used in herbal preparations, but the blend is intended as a flavourful beverage rather than a treatment.
