Our organic forest berry bissap infusion

Bright, ruby-red and deliciously fruity, Bissap des Bois takes its inspiration from traditional hibiscus drinks. It combines hibiscus flowers, raisins, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, carrot and rose petals with natural tonka and forest berry flavourings.

The lively tartness of hibiscus is balanced by soft, sweet berry notes and a gentle, warm fragrance. The result evokes childhood berry cordials, but with the distinctive personality of a real herbal infusion. This recipe was previously called Rosée des Bois.

How to enjoy forest berry bissap

For a refreshing cold drink, infuse the recommended quantity in cold water in the fridge for at least two hours, then strain. Serve over ice with a few fresh berries. It is equally enjoyable hot, when its deeper fruity notes feel comforting on cooler days.

Hibiscus is prized in traditional drinks from Africa and the Caribbean for its vivid red colour and tangy taste. Here it gives the blend its bright fruit-like character without relying on tea leaves. This infusion is naturally caffeine-free, making it a versatile choice throughout the day.
